Rural LISC’s India Turner and Angela Walton visited London to promote the Verizon Small Business Digital Ready partnership, presenting to the London-Laurel County Chamber of Commerce and strengthening connections with local entrepreneurs. During their visit, they learned about Kentucky Highlands’ founding role in launching Rural LISC, toured The Center at Kentucky Highlands, and visited several successful small businesses, including Rock Bottom Soap Company, Cornett’s Farm Fresh, and The Original Kentucky Fried Chicken.
