Our 9,600-square-foot building offers six flexible office spaces ranging from 100 to 730 square feet, along with a 1,300-square-foot industrial area. We are proud to provide the region's only leasable wet and dry laboratories, equipped with hoods, eye wash stations, and natural gas.
Tenants enjoy numerous benefits, including no security deposit, below-market rents, free WIFI, and all utilities included. Security is top-notch, with key card access and exterior video surveillance ensuring a safe environment.

The Center is only accessible with secure key card entry, giving tenants 24/7/365 access while maintaining security at all times.

The $50/month Mini Lease at The Center includes a secure key card for building access, camera-monitored parking, free WiFi, free shredding, and access to a printer/copier. Tenants can also self-schedule the conference room and training room on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no hidden fees.

The Center’s tenants self-schedule through a QR code connected to a Calendly account for each space.

Moving from a mini lease into large offices is as simple as sharing your desire and changing leases when a space opens up. There is no penalty for early termination of a lease, and we want to be there for your growth or downsizing. 

Parking is immediately outside the doors to the ground floor and the training room. Individuals with mobility issues can park on the ground floor and utilize the elevator to join programs offered on the lower level.

The Center uses Spectrum Internet and provides everyone with free, password-protected WiFi. Spectrum delivers the most reliable Internet, according to Opensignal’s Broadband Reliability Experience report

Secure package acceptance is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for all The Center’s tenants. No package has to be left outdoors in the weather or unsecured.
