About the Presenter:
Dr. Jordyne Carmack is an organizational development leader dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to thrive. As the founder of AuthentiLead, she delivers transformative learning experiences in communication, leadership, and professional growth. Known for her engaging approach and innovative strategies, she has earned recognition as a TEDx speaker and recipient of multiple leadership awards including Lake Cumberland 40 under 40 and NexStar Media & Fox56 Remarkable Women 2024. In addition to providing training through AuthentiLead, Dr. Carmack teaches organizational leadership as an adjunct professor at the University of the Cumberlands.
