Please join us in extending our well-wishes and appreciation to Edgar Davis, business development specialist for Kentucky Highlands, as he transitions to semi-retirement. After more than 26 years of service, he intends to spend the extra time being a grandfather to his new twin grandchildren.
Edgar came to Kentucky Highlands Investment Corporation to expand the use of Kentucky Highlands’ loan programs, including the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Business and Industry Loan Guaranty Program, the USDA Intermediary Loan Program, and the Small Business Administration Microloan Program.
He also developed agriculture and business development projects for the Kentucky Highlands Empowerment Zone and participated in USDA business roundtables and the Goldman Sachs 10KSB Growth Collaborative
