Jackson County Judge-Executive Shane Gabbard has joined the board of Kentucky Highlands. Gabbard graduated from Jackson County High School, where he was active in Beta Club and treasurer for the local FFA. He also received his State Farmers Degree in Agribusiness from Kentucky FFA. Judge Gabbard has served on the KHIC Empowerment Zone Loan Committee for the past 9 years.
Gabbard and his wife, Misty, live in Annville. They have five children and one grandson. Gabbard also serves as pastor of Letterbox Baptist Church.
