Since May, The Center at Kentucky Highlands has hosted the Small Business Administration’s Disaster Assistance Center.
We are honored to help provide this much-needed resource for our communities in Laurel, Pulaski and Russell counties, which have been hard hit by flooding.
Assistance includes:
- Loans for businesses, charities, churches and private universities to repair or replace disaster-damaged property, supplies and equipment;
- Economic industry disaster loans that provide working capital loans to help businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, non-profits and other organizations meet their financial obligations; and
- Home disaster loans, which also cover vehicles and other personal property.
The deadline for economic injury applications is July 23, 2026.
To learn more, visit the representatives Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. at 440 Old Whitley Road, London, Kentucky. No appointment necessary.
